I got a new PC. It is manually assembled from parts, and not tested well yet, so it can have some issues.

I tried to install Doom 3 (3 CD edition). EVERY time I try to finalize the installation, after putting first CD for the second time, I am getting a bluescreen. It indicates failing drivers?
I have newest NVidia 8500GT drivers. I also got some weird audio drivers (VIA, even if Everest says it's Intel) I uninstalled, but it haven't helped. I know GPU makes some weird errors sometimes... but I have no idea, while it is on installation, when nothing really runs?

What the hell can be wrong?

Since your on a XP box(and probably old hardware) my first guess would be hard drive failure, second guess a virus.

I would check your CD drive. First make ISO's of the discs with PowerISO then try to install them from there.
