Texture looking stretched, any help?

I've got a texture on my model that on some triangles it looks stretched. no clue why.

The triangle in the UV is the same size as others, but some of them always appear stretched. No clue why.

How about posting a picture of the UV map?

"Recalculate outside/inside" is worth a shot. Have you tried converting tri's to quads and seeing what happens?

I think I got it working. Not sure why, but unsrapping it again solved the problem. But some times when I'd unwrap it, it would put triangles all over each other. But now it doesn't seem to.
