Finally someone who cares aobut Gmax here.

I couldn't get the hang of it, but it's a good move by discreet.
Lightwave should do the same.

funny enough I care about GMax quite a bit...!!
I've used it quite a bit in this RtCW mod with some new models (mapobjects), I'm also in the throws of doing a little 'how to' on exporting a flattened mesh (to MD3) from GMax, not sure when it'll be done though....

I didn't mess with Gmax, but I'll most certainly will follow your tut to try it out.

bugger..! the tutorials out for the moment, they've done some heavy changes to the Material editor in GMax and I'm trying to get my head round it now..!!
